Channelle is an experienced property manager, having worked with market-rate and tax-credit income properties via the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to joining Refuge Fine Homes, Channelle worked in property management, youth program development and outreach, fundraising, and executive management.
Channelle is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. She is a native of Evansville, Indiana, where she served on the Board of Public Works and the Area Plan Commission. She is a member of the Cobb Association of Realtors and serves on the Mableton Improvement Coalition Education Committee.
Channelle brings her passion for education, community, and service to Refuge Fine Homes. It brings her joy to see dreams become a reality. Channelle is known for her ability to connect, engage, and communicate with people. Channelle’s enthusiasm for education, and assisting others helps her connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible. Just like people, she sees the potential in a property and believes, with the right investment, it too can turn a dream into a reality.
